Hello RSD Families,
Pope County is now under a winter storm warning due to the forecasted winter storm. In order to ensure the safety of RSD students and staff, all RSD schools will be closed on February 18, 2025.
The safety of our students and staff is always our highest priority. Given the uncertainty surrounding the timing and impact of the storm, including potential road hazards and varying bus route lengths and conditions, RSD is announcing the closure in advance to allow families ample time to make necessary arrangements.
This day will be made up on May 30, 2025. Details on make-up days for Parent-Teacher conferences will be provided as soon as possible.
