LifeTouch picture retake day is Tuesday, November 14th. New students and students that were absent on picture day will have pictures taken. Retakes: Students may have their picture taken if the complete package of pictures ordered is returned.
Our students love music with Mrs. Bell! Kindergarten students are learning to play high and low notes on the interactive keyboard. 4th grade students are learning to play classroom percussion instruments.

Our Oakland Heights Elementary School Robotics Team competed in the Fayetteville Fall Open. We are so proud of all of their hard work! Thank you to Mrs. Youngblood and Mrs. Watson for leading this team!

Get ready! The O’Down is this Friday, November 3rd from 5:30-7:30. Join us for games and more! Admission is $1.00 per person. This includes a food ticket for a hot dog, drink, and a cookie or nachos, drink, and a cookie. We are looking forward to seeing our Oakland families!
Research is underway! Mrs. Tankersley's class wrote a paper on the similarities and differences of two animals that are of the same species. Then students created a habitat based on their main idea! #EducateEquipEmpower
OHE was filled with Care Bears and friends today! We had a blast dressing up with our students!

The O'Down is coming up on Friday, November 3rd! Our staff and students are looking forward to this event!
In celebration of National Chocolate Cupcake Day (according to CKH), our school leaders decided we should ALL enjoy a tasty treat! Oakland staff was treated with homemade chocolate cupcakes made by Dr. Stewart’s family, Cappy Neeley. Thank you, Mrs. Neely!
